At times, our Shilo Inn Manager's will offer such fabulous deals that only a limited number of rooms can be available per day for the particular promotion.  If your travel dates are flexible, you may attempt a different arrival and departure dates to secure the promotion.  Also, the rates you see advertised may be valid for a limited number of personas in a room.  Extra person charges may have been applied.

Como reservo mi habitación en el hotel?

Our on-line reservation system has been designed for ease of use and offers up-to-the-minute rates, availability and immediate confirmation of your reservation for any one of our 45 locations in nine western states.

Booking a reservation on-line is easy!

1)  Select your destination. Click the "Make a Reservation" button located beneath the hotel address and phone number.

2)  Enter your arrival, departure dates, number ofpersonas and (if applicable) your Professional Identification Number.
Note: If you are unsure of your Corporate or Convention Professional Identification Number, please call us at 1-800-334-1049, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we will be happy to assist you.

3)  Click the 'Check Rates and Availability' button.  Available room and rate types are returned to your screen. You can select additional rate types and packages by clicking on the tab's located above the initial rate and room display. Choose the room you desire by clicking the 'Book It' button.

4)  After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a page with detailed information regarding your selection. If you are happy with the room type and rate you have selected, click the 'Complete Reservation' button located on the bottom of the page. You will be taken to our Secure Reservation Request Form.

5) On our Secure Reservation Request Form, fill in the blanks on the guest information section and click the 'Make a Reservation' button. Our reservation system will return a response to you in seconds. After you have received a confirmation number, follow the "continue to final confirmation" link so we may send a confirmation to you via e-mail.

Como reservo más de una habitación?

You have the opportunity to secure additional rooms at the end of each reservation by selecting the 'Make Another Reservation' button. At this time, you can confirm only one room per reservation on our on-line booking service.

When using our on-line reservation service, Shilo Inns requires a credit card guarantee on all reservations.  We do not automatically charge your card and our Guests are welcome to pay for their rooms in another form of payment at check-in.

Acceptable methods of guarantee include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.  Guaranteed reservations are held throughout the night until check-out time the following day.   In order to avoid a charge to your credit card, cancellations must be received prior to the specific Shilo Inn cancellation time.

For your security, Shilo Inns utilizes Verisign's SSL security protocol to encrypt the credit card number and your personal information, coding it into a non-useable form.

On some dates our hotels have a limited number of rooms available and our central reservations office needs to check with the hotel directly before we can confirm your reservation. In this case, you will receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation number within a few hours or, if we were unable to confirm your request, an e-mail explaining why we were not able to accommodate you. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation number from us.

ShiloInns.com reservations site allows you to see your reservation details on the screen immediately follow your request. In addition, you will be sent an email with the same information. Always feel free to contact our Reservations Office at 1-800-222-2244 (USA & Canada) or direct 503-641-6565 for any inquiries regarding your request, for fastest service, please have your reservation number handy which you will receive after you submit your booking.

Cuales son las reglas que afectan cancelar una reserva?

This depends on the hotel you are staying at and the rate you have selected. Cancellation periods vary from one hotel to the next and some packages or special offers. The standard increments are to cancel the room(s) by 4 or 6pm, or 24, 48, or 72 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty.  Make sure your read the booking rules presented during the reservation process and on your confirmation to determine the cancellation policy of the hotel you are staying at.

Requests for a specific room type (e.g., connecting rooms, non-smoking rooms, type of bedding, special assist) or location (e.g., oceanfront, top floor, near pool) should be noted in the special requests section on the reservation form.  While we will do our best to accommodate you, Shilo Inns cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

It takes a minimum of 1 hour before your reservation details show up at the hotel computer system. we assure you, the room is booked, but our central reservation computer system has not uploaded your details into their system yet.
